Presidents’ Day Weekend storm totals: 2 Colorado resorts saw 40+ inches of snowfall

After days of nearly nonstop snow, the clouds parted over Colorado’s mountains Tuesday.
Friday through Tuesday, a double-holiday weekend saw ample road closures, avalanches, and accidents.
However, it also brought 40 inches of snow or more at two Colorado resorts and 30-plus inches at more than a half dozen others.
Here are the storm totals from Friday through Tuesday, according to OpenSnow.com.

- Arapahoe Basin Ski Area, 32 inches
