Contact Noll at (970) 389-6115 or Williams at (970) 485-3994.Where is the home located? What makes this a great place to live? This home is located in Snowberry, on the hillside above Summit Cove on one side and abutting the Keystone River Course on the other. Many buyers are attracted to Snowberry for a primary residence or second home due to its beauty and location. The area is close to skiing and golf, about five minutes to Keystone, and schools, Summit Cove Elementary is just down the road. No matter what you are looking for in mountain real estate, you can find it in Snowberry. What style best describes the home or property? This home is what I would call contemporary mountain style. The design has clean lines and wonderful wood accents with unique features. It features a stunning blend of wood, tray ceilings, marble and granite. It is over 6,500 square feet, five bedroom and five bathrooms on three levels, so there is more than enough room for everyone. The entire lower level is a huge game and exercise area, open from end to end. Children and teens love having such a large space to play and hang out. The space could easily be utilized for other purposes such as additional bedrooms with walk outs. There is a theater room located on the second level. What lifestyle did you envision for the home or property?Whether this home is purchase by a local or second-home owner, I think the lifestyle would be the same. There is lots of space for friends and family on its three vast levels. It is a wonderful home for families. Recreation abounds whether it is skiing or golf at Keystone, boating on Lake Dillon, hiking on a number of trails or biking on the county-wide bike trail system. What is your favorite room or area? The deck is a favorite area as it is cantilevered over the hillside providing astounding views. Also, the main floor master and master bath are large and luxurious. What is unique about your home or dcor? This home can be whatever style the buyer desires. It can be furnished in a contemporary manner, as it is now, or in a more mountain-traditional manner. In many ways, it is a blank canvas. There is also an opportunity to create a lock-off apartment for friends or a caretaker. The space is already built, so all that is left are to deal with officials to obtain the requisite permitting and water and sewer taps if needed. There are front and back staircase accesses to the lower levels and a spot for a large wine room and storage. If you could change one thing, what would it be?The home looks like a one story home from the street and that is truly deceiving. Look at the property from the back and you see that it is really three stories, with lots of glass and very spacious. Is there a terrific feature in your home that someone might not notice at first? The terrific feature is the price. This home is listed at $999,999. You cannot recreate a home of this quality and size in the Snowberry area for $176 per square foot. It is a bargain at this price. The lucky buyer will have an extraordinary mountain home.
