RVR is the kind of course that you can see all the trouble before you play it. It’s not tricked up, just out there in front of you.

If you play well, you will shoot a good number. If don’t you will be penalized.

My favorite feature is on pretty much every hole on the golf course.

It’s just such a breathtaking view of Mount Sopris.

We just started a new program trying to cater toward locals with price structure now. This year we just started to attract locals, whereas the last couple of years locals wouldn’t play here because it was $90 in peak season for anybody to play. Now, if you’re a resident of Garfield, Eagle, Pitkin or Gunnison county, it’s $39 to walk, $49 to ride.

We’re trying to cater toward the locals and get a local following.

Larry Klahn got a hole-in-one on the 13th hole, which plays 160 yards, on April 17.
