Public transit schedules and contact information

Summit Stage provides comprehensive public transit throughout the entire county, allowing riders to get to the slopes and workers to get to and from their jobs. And best of all, it’s absolutely free – no messing around with tokens or digging for change, ever.

Summit Stage routes run as far south as Boreas Pass and Warrior’s Mark in Breckenridge, west to Copper Mountain, and throughout Frisco, Dillon, Dillon Valley and Silverthorne, including Wildernest.

The bus service is centered out of three local transfer stations: the Frisco Station (located behind Safeway and Wal-Mart), Silverthorne Station (on Third Street, just off the Blue River Parkway, behind the Sav-O-Mat gas station) and the Breckenridge Station (located on South Park Avenue at the City Market mall). Buses depart Frisco Station at 30 minutes past the hour until 5:30 and every hour after.. You also can make connections to Copper Mountain, with a free all-day Park and Ride onsite. Buses depart the Silverthorne Station on the hour; buses depart Breckenridge Station on the hour and with connections south to Boreas Pass on the hour and from French Gulch on the half hour.

You also can call (970) 547-3140 for information about Breckenridge Town Transit and Breckenridge ski resort shuttle buses (serving Breck’s free ski lots). Additional bus service also is available to Arapahoe Basin ski area and between Keystone, Breckenridge and the neighboring Vail ski area – call Keystone Transportation at (970) 496-4200 for information on fares and schedules. Service to Denver or to points west on I-70 also is available on Greyhound, departing daily from the Frisco Station – call (970) 668-8917.
