R.K. Sampson: Not enough to fix I-70

The Denver media is full of praise for the Colorado Dept. of Transportation for spending $55 million to “fix” congestion on I-70. The cost for reconstruction of north I-25 was in excess of $200 million for just 12 miles. Is the $55 million just a drop in the bucket instead of funding the much-needed whole enchilada? Just asking.
