Race of the Santas and Lighting of Breckenridge set to return this weekend

The Lighting of Breckenridge and Race of the Santas returns to Breckenridge’s Main Street on Dec. 7. Ahead of the 4:20 p.m. race and the 5 p.m. lighting will be the Holiday Dog Parade at 3 p.m. and the Moose March for kids at 4 p.m.
Throughout the day, attendees can participate in the Adopt an Angel holiday giving event in the Blue River Plaza, browse Breck Create’s Handmade Holiday Market, get free entry into the Mountaintop Explorium and watch performances of “The Nutcracker” by the Alpine Dance Academy.
