The Mountain Travel Symposium announced Thursday mountain climber and “127 hours” movie inspiration Aron Ralston will headline the third general session presentation at the event’s 36th annual iteration in Beaver Creek next April.
The week-long Symposium opens on April 3, and Ralston will deliver his keynote address on April 7 during the two-day educational portion of the symposium. From his incredible personal experience, Ralston will discuss adaptation for survival in conjunction with the theme of this year’s Symposium Forum: Adaptation in Mountain Travel.
The Mountain Travel Symposium is the largest gathering of mountain travel professionals in North America and marks the beginning of the sales cycle for the next ski season. Attendees from around the world will travel to Beaver Creek to attend the 36th annual event. For more information, visit http://www.mtntrvl.com/.
