Real Estate At A Glance: Condominium sales through February

Fifty-three previously owned condominiums sold through February, two more than last year. Adding in the 10 new units sold at Waterhouse, One Ski Hill Place and Bluesky, condominium sales are 23 percent ahead and equal to the rest of the Summit market. The average sale price was $302,000, about 10 percent below this time last year. Prices may stabilizing at these levels.

There were 1,850 properties listed for sale last week, a number we’ve maintained since last December.
