There were 11 percent more resale condominiums sold in 2010 than in 2009. A total of 463 sold for an average $328,100, 7.8 percent less than the year before. The 37 new One Ski Hill units that closed raise the average condominium price by nearly 25 percent if included.

There were fewer than 1,800 properties listed for sale last week. About 690 of them were condominiums, down to a 16 month supply.
