Real Estate At A Glance: Single-family home sales through February

Thirty single-family homes sold through February, two more than last year to date. The average sale price continues under $700,000, about the same as in pre-bubble 2005. Less than half as many million dollar homes have sold this year as last year to date reflecting the diminishing number of real bargains this year.

Inventory creeps toward 1,900 properties for sale, but more slowly than usual in late March.

968… longest days on market for a home sold to date – Highlands at Breckenridge… and at 88 percent of last listed price, too.
