Real Estate At A Glance: Total sales through February

The number of properties sold through February is 23 percent higher than the same period last year. Average sales price to date is 14.6 percent below that period, however. Average price in the 1st Quarter is usually is higher than the yearly average because proportionally more higher priced properties sell in the third slowest Quarter. That is not the case so far this year.

There are 1,850 properties for sale this week as the inventory seems to be increasing more slowly than usual for this time of year.

59.5 percent… lowest list price to sold price ratio so far this year – Woodmore at Breck duplex.



1,154… longest number of days on market until sold so far this year – Hotel Breckenridge unit.
