Red Cross, Copper team up for tsunami relief

Winter Park and Copper Mountain Resorts will each donate $5,000 to the Red Cross Tsunami Relief Fund on Friday, adding to Intrawest’s $5,000 contribution for a grand total of $15,000. In addition, Red Cross volunteers will be taking donations from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. at Copper, Winter Park and Mary Jane mountains. Copper donation locations will be at Jack’s Bar and Grill in The Village at Copper and at the Super Bee Lift in the East Village. Winter Park visitors can donate in front of the West Portal Food Court, while Mary Jane riders can visit the Jane Cafeteria.
