Bush in Colorado raising money for GOP

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. — Jeb Bush is calling for a stronger national defense and a consistent U.S. foreign policy.
But the former Florida governor doesn’t plan to spell out those positions until he begins his expected Republican presidential campaign.
Bush was in Colorado on Tuesday as part of his Right to Rise initiative, which raises money for GOP leaders in battleground states. At a Colorado Springs pancake house, Bush said if he runs, he’ll lay out foreign policy views that make clear, as he put it, that “our friends know that we have their back and our enemies fear us a little bit.”
Bush encountered heckler Stephen Maxner, who yelled, “We’ve had enough Bushes” as people entered the restaurant.
A supporter of GOP presidential candidate Ted Cruz, Maxner said Bush stands for “dynastic politics.”
