Register now for HC3’s worm workshop
September 12, 2010
Come learn all about the hardest-working creatures on (or under) the earth, worms! Join us for a hands-on, heart-worming workshop from 5:30-7 p.m. on Thursday, Sept. 16, and learn how to successfully compost with worms, separate worm castings (a nutrient-rich fertilizer), and even how to build your own bin. Worms can work their composting magic year-round, unlike traditional outdoor bins that freeze during the winter. Worms are silent and easy to take care of.
This workshop is a must-attend event for Summit apartment dwellers interested in composting. Worms can also be a great way to get your kids interested in composting. RSVP or find out more by contacting email@example.com or call (970) 668-5703. Suggested donation is $10.
