Registration for the Breck Outhouse Races underway

The fifth annual Breckenridge Outhouse Races take place at 3 p.m. on June 19, where teams build entries and participate for free with the possibility of pushing or pulling their way to the finish line to win cash, beer and merchandise.

The top prize is $500 for the Gold Throne. The Silver Moon wins $300, Bronze Bucket gets $200 and the People’s Choice receives $100.

The Outhouse Races are a part of Breckenridge’s annual heritage celebration, Kingdom Days. The fest, June 18-19, offers free entry to all Breckenridge Heritage Alliance tours and sites, along with blacksmithing demos, gold panning, historic hikes and more.
