Ride the Rockies grants available for Summit County youth programs

The Ride the Rockies/Post-News community grant program will be awarding grants of up to $5,000 for area nonprofit organizations that provide services for low-income children and youth through recreation, education or the arts and/or agencies that offer direct-service literacy programs.Grants are awarded in each town where Ride the Rockies makes an overnight stop and Frisco is inviting Summit County nonprofits who meet the guidelines to apply for this funding. A packet of information and the application is available at Frisco Town Hall or can also be found online at [ file://www.post newscommunity.com/rtrgrantapp.All requests will be judged on a competitive basis by the Post-News Community.
