Summit Daily/Brad Odekirk Right Brain: Rado Bily.

Rado Bily immigrated to the United States from Slovakia in May, 1990, earning a degree in science from the University of South Alabama. He moved to Summit County immediately after he graduated and now lives with his wife, Mayka, and two children in Silverthorne. He has been involved in the arts for the last three years and writes screenplays and plays musical instruments. He’s currently working 18-hour days, working on a local film called “Did I Say Thousand Island?”DreamsI’m determined to make it in the entertainment industry. I’m not going to pinpoint only one area, but it most likely will be in the capacity of acting, screenwriting or directing.

Why do art? It seems to be clicking with me – quite well. What do you convey through art?Solutions to problems. And often to open people’s eyes, because we all fall into the “rut of life.”Challenge

To feed my family, and at the same time, to feed my passion.AccomplishmentComing here with only about 100 English words in my vocabulary and being able to take a crack at this industry. Staying fresh

Material and inspiration (for acting and writing) is everywhere. They come in unique forms, it’s just up to me to identify them. When you’re not doing art?I’m doing “stand-up” for my wife and kids.Anything else? I hope my determination would eventually motivate people, no matter who you are or where you come from. Heart and fire – that’s all you need.
