Ryan Strong: Helpful locals

Thanks for Devon O’Neill’s article about Chris Gonzales in Breckenridge. It’s great to know that there are still straight-up business owners in Summit County that are willing to help people out.

I was working in Breckenridge the other day and had an equipment malfunction. I was in an emergency and was driving along Airport Road. I saw a NAPA sign and stopped in. I quickly realized that this was not a NAPA retail site, but asked for help. Chris and his staff went out of their way to assist me in any way that they could. I appreciate Chris’s willingness to go out of his way to help out a local in distress. He has been in the county for awhile, and a lot of other business owners could learn a lot from his method of actually helping the customer.

Thanks Chris, and the karma is tilted in your direction!
