Sam McCleneghan better back off the reactor he wants to sell

It would appear that letter-writer Sam McCleneghan has been cozying up to the fuel for his fusion reactor. Thus his brain is addled as regards a magnetic elevated railway.

Knowing that he has erred, I would refer him to the Microsoft Encarta Reference Library 2003 – or any other reputable source – for a fairly in-depth study.

Subject: Magnetic Levitation Train (MAGLEV). Not only have such vehicles been “invented” but are, at this time, in constant use in various places around the world. Back off from the reactor, Sam. Researching and learning always bode well before opening mouth and inserting foot.
