Science School fundraiser was a success

Kasey C. Geoghegan, director of development, The Keystone Center

On behalf of the staff of The Keystone Center I’d like to make a public thank you to Joe Koll, Dos Locos Restaurant owner, and his staff for hosting the recent fundraiser to benefit Keystone Science School. Joe, Justin and their staff placed tremendous effort in making the event a success – setting the buffet table with a spread that exemplified their fine culinary skills — and are donating all the proceeds from the dinner and bar sales to Keystone Science School.I encourage you to stop in and personally thank the staff at Dos Locos Restaurant in Keystone for their generosity and good will – and have a taste of those entrees while you’re at it. The event raised over $15,000, which will be placed toward facility improvements on Keystone Science School’s 23-acre campus. Thanks as well to the 235 people in attendance and to all the local businesses for their generous contributions to the silent auction and drawings, including grand prize sponsors ResortQuest International and RockResorts.
