Second public hearing for Dillon Center proposal

DILLON – The proposed residential annex at the Dillon Center will have a second public hearing tonight at the Dillon town council meeting.

The 40-unit addition and parking garage was recommended for approval at the town’s planning and zoning commission meeting May 7. Tonight, council members will review the proposal. The plan calls for 24 two-bedroom units and 16 one-bedroom units, for a total of 44,610 square feet, plus a 32,000 square-foot parking garage.

The public hearing and council meeting will be held at 5:30 p.m. at the Dillon Town Hall.
