Sergio Ruiz & family thank community

Summit High School and Dillon Valley Elementary had a very successful community fundraiser to benefit Sergio Ruiz, an 11th-grade SHS student in need of a kidney transplant. Thanks to all who came to enjoy an evening of food and entertainment. Special thanks go to Hacienda Real in Frisco, Fiesta Jalisco in Breckenridge, Carlos Miguels in Frisco and Keystone Conference Center for generously donating food and desserts. Copy Copy in Frisco printed posters for us and Best Western Ptarmigan Lodge in Dillon provided lodging for our entertainers from Mexico. The evening’s entertainment was provided by dancers from Amalia Hernandez Ballet from Mexico and a troupe of dancers from Herencia Mexicana from Vail. Sergio and his family are thankful for the community’s generosity.Theresa Antunez
