Service for Lloyd Segelke Saturday

A memorial service is scheduled on Saturday for Frisco resident Lloyd Alan Segelke, who passed away from natural causes at his home in Bill’s Ranch on Tuesday.Segelke was 49.Segelke founded and owned Superior Welding Services and is recognized by his work on the ski bridge on Ski Hill Road in Breckenridge. He was born in Fort Morgan and moved to Summit County in the early 1980s. He was an Elks Club member and an avid hunter and fisherman.He is survived by his wife, Pam, and Oscar; his mother, Eileen Segelke; his father, Gary Segelke; his stepmother, Linda Segelke; and his siblings, Gary Segelke, Cheryl Warner, Brian Segelke and Misty Genho.Segelke was preceded in death by his beloved golden retriever, Ted. The memorial service will be at 1 p.m. on Saturday at the Summit County Elks Lodge, 1321 Blue River Pkwy in Silverthorne. In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund has been set up at Credit Union of the Rockies in Segelke’s name at 111 Main St. in Frisco.
