Service Thursday for Charlotte Swift

A memorial service will be held Thursday for Charlotte Teresia Swift, who died Dec. 24 at her home in Frisco, following her battle with cancer.Swift was 64.Swift was born Nov. 20, 1941 in Lafayette, Ind., to Charles B. and Pauline Teresia (Weinmann) Mickle. She married Roger Bruce Swift in Champaign, Ill., on June 14, 1964, and they moved to Summit County in 1995.Her interests included baking, traveling, bowling, softball and, especially doting on her grandchildren. Swift was also an active member of the Christ Lutheran Church.Swift is survived by her husband Roger of Frisco; her son Jim Swift of Eagan, Minn.; her daughter Teresia Quandt of Breckenridge; her son Todd Swift of Sherwood, Ore.; and eight grandchildren.Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. on Thursday at Christ Lutheran Church in Farmer’s Korner with Pastor Christian Rasmussen officiating. Visitation will begin at 11:30 a.m. Cremation will take place following the funeral. Services are under the direction of Rocky Mountain Funeral Home in Breckenridge.Memorial contributions may be made to Bristlecone Hospice, P.O.
