Services for Beth Jorgensen to be held today in Denver

Services for Elizabeth J. “Beth” Jorgensen, 32, are at 9 a.m. today at the Archdiocese of Denver Mortuary, with burial at Mount Olivet Cemetery.

Jorgensen died Dec. 15 at her home in Maine after a long illness.

Her parents, Stefan and Susan (Black) Mytczynsky, and sister Amy Mytczynsky live in Frisco.



Mrs. Jorgensen was born in Poland, Ohio, Jan. 6, 1970. She graduated from Kempsville High School in Virginia Beach, Va., in 1988, and from the Colorado School of Mines in Golden in 1998 where she earned a bachelor of science degree in geological engineering.

She was a homemaker and mother of twins.



Jorgensen worked for a while at S.R.K. Consulting in Lakewood. She was a communicant at St. Mary of the Assumption Catholic Church in Augusta, Maine.

She is survived by her husband of eight years, Todd M. Jorgensen of Denver, twin sons Nicholas and Samuel Jorgensen of Denver, her parents and two sisters, including Amy of Frisco and Megan Mytczynsky of Denver.
