Services for Dale Yanari on Saturday

Services for Summit County resident Dale Yanari, who died suddenly of a stroke last Thursday, will be held Saturday at the Denver Buddhist Temple, 1947 Lawrence St. in Denver.Yanari was a well-known businessman in Summit County. He joined the Summit County Rotary in 1976 and was a past president. He was also a former board member of the Summit County Friends of the Library, as well as a board member of the Summit Foundation.Dale was an avid sports fan and a charter season ticket holder for the Colorado Avalanche, the Colorado Rockies and the Denver Nuggets.His successful CPA practice serviced Summit County for more than 25 years.A memorial and celebration will be held Sept. 25 at 1 p.m. at Copper Station at Copper Mountain Resort.In lieu of flowers, a memorial has been established in the name of Dale Yanari with the Summit Foundation. Donations should be sent to Summit Foundation, P.O. Box 4000, Breckenridge, CO 80424.
