Sheila P Limmroth: If pickeball lines are all you have to worry about in Summit County …

As owners of a unit at the Village at Breckenridge, my husband and I subscribe to the Summit County Journal. I found your article on the pickleball craze most entertaining. Let’s see, the national debt is at an all-time high, the unemployed Americans keeps climbing, the mortgage crisis is not over, and our home in Tuscaloosa, Ala. was destroyed by an EF4 tornado on April 27 that killed 50 people in our town. A rental home we owned was blown off the map, killing a University of Alabama student who had taken refuge with her boyfriend/our tenant and … some of the residents of Frisco are upset about the orange pickleball lines on the tennis courts.

Do you think those residents could be a little flexible and contemplate how lucky they have it? I look forward to the next article. I envision something along the lines of “Hopscotch Lines Drawn Using Chalk Upset Residents.”
