Show off your ‘hidden’ talents on Feb. 4

SILVERTHORNE – Summit County will be holding its first annual “Hidden” Talent Show on Feb. 4, at the Silverthorne Pavilion located at 400 Blue River Parkway.The event will commence with a “Silent Auction and Reception,” starting at 6 p.m., followed by the “Talent Show” which will begin at 7 p.m.Help raise funds for early childhood education scholarships for Summit County children and enjoy an evening of fun and entertainment as 12 talented Summit County performers and groups “come out of hiding and take the stage.!Performers include Superintendent of Schools Dr. Millie Hamner, local pediatrician Dr. Chris Ebert-Santos, two rock bands from Summit High School, a young tap and hip-hop dancer, a singing elementary school teacher, a guitar-playing bus driver who calls himself the lone ‘Latin Rocker,’ a Women’s Barbershop Quartet, plus a local yodeler. Audience members will vote on the best act!Tickets are $5/student, $12/adult or $15/at the door (adults).
