SHS looking for Career Day participants

Summit High School invites participation by local and out-of-county employers, post-secondary academic and career/technical institutions and branches of the military to its annual Career Day, scheduled for 10:45 a.m. to 1:15 p.m Nov. 14 at the high school.

The event is an opportunity for career exploration at Summit High School – a no-pressure chance for students to learn about a wide variety of opportunities for academic and career-oriented education and work and military opportunities.

Career Day is an opportunity for schools and workplaces to introduce themselves to students, outline what it takes to be successful in their institutions and demonstrate the wide variety of post-secondary opportunities available in Summit County and beyond.

Questions about Career Day can be directed to Laura Dickinson at Summit High School: or (970) 547-9311 ext. 1180.
