Siblings killed in car wreck after Nuggets game

NORTHGLENN – Northglenn police say two teenage siblings died after the car they were in was struck from behind by another vehicle.The teenagers were identified as 14-year-old Damien Noyes and 13-year-old Angel Noyes, both of Loveland. They were back-seat passengers of a Ford Escort returning from a Denver Nuggets game early Saturday.Northgleen police spokesman Steve Sanders says the crash was unintentional but that alcohol may have been a factor.Police say the driver of the car that struck the Escort, Glenn Ryburn, is in critical condition at Denver Health Medical Center.The teenager’s mother, Reyna Padilla-Chavez, suffered minor injuries. The driver of the Escort and stepfather of the teenagers, Phillip Chavez, was not injured.
