The Silverthorne Art Board has announced the availability of four studios for rent at The Art Spot, a new makerspace in Silverthorne. The private rooms will be offered for artists and businesses within The Art Spot at subsidized rental rates.

The town is hosting several open houses for those interested to view the studio spaces and learn more about The Art Spot. Open houses will be held from 9-11 a.m Tuesday, Oct. 4, from 4-6 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 13, and from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Friday, Oct. 28.

Rental spaces can accommodate a variety of uses such as private artist studios, artist production space, creative sector business offices, concessions and other uses that complement The Art Spot mission. Introductory rental rates range from $190 to $420 a month depending on studio size.
