The Apres Shores development in Silverthorne, which consists of 60 units spread across four buildings, just had another parcel added to it that will house 14 more residential units.

Silverthorne Town Council approved the Apres Shores site modification at it’s Feb. 28 meeting, following the modification getting the go-ahead from the Silverthorne Planning Commission at its Feb. 20 meeting.

Applicants behind the development, TG Developments, LLC, asked for the modification after it acquired a lot north of the Apres Shores site, known as the Aidan West Subdivision, in December. TG Developments have coined this as Phase 2 of the Apres Shores development. In addition to the 14 units, there will also be parking. A staff memo from the Feb. 28 meeting noted that the applicant is maxing out the density for the 14 condominiums units in Phase 2 and that no more units than that can be built on the north parcel.

The first phase of development remains under construction, according to a staff memo, and it will bring 60 condominium units a clubhouse, carports and a multiuse recreational trail.

The site’s location is 740 Blue River Parkway.
