Silverthorne Pavilion hosts Hidden Talent Show Saturday

Summit County will hold a Hidden Talent Show and silent auction at 6 p.m. on Saturday at the Silverthorne Pavilion. All proceeds from the event will go toward early childhood education scholarships for local children. Performers include superintendent of schools Millie Hamner, local pediatrician Dr. Chris Ebert-Santos, two rock bands from Summit High School, a young tap and hip-hop dancer, a singing elementary school teacher, a guitar-playing bus driver who calls himself the lone “Latin rocker,” a women’s barbershop quartet and a local yodeler. Audience members will vote on the best act.Tickets are $5 per student, $12 per adult and $15 per adult at the door. Pre-purchase tickets are available at Mountain Touch Hallmark located at 603 Main St. in Frisco or Early Childhood Options at 330 Fielder Ave . in Dillon.
