Silverthorne Winter Carnival is March 10

SILVERTHORNE The town of Silverthorne is opening the North Park to join the Silverthorne Elementary School in winter carnival. A bonfire, skating and hot cocoa will be provided as Silverthorne schoolchildren compete in a snow sculpture contest and dog sled race (modified as a kid-sled race while the community cheers them on). At 4 p.m. the festivities move indoors with more food, tons of games (including a dunking booth), Magic Rob, bouncy castle and a silent auction.
