SILVERTHORNE – A Silverthorne woman was found dead Saturday afternoon in a garage apartment located above 333 Ptarmigan Trail in Silverthorne. She was 49 years old, and she had been living in Colorado for at least two years.

According to Summit County Coroner Joanne Richardson, the woman was disabled due to medical issues.

“Toxicology has been ordered and a medical chart review will be done,” Richardson said in an e-mail.

The woman’s name will be released once her “next of kin” have been notified.
