Ski Ball Committee working to ensure first-class event

Daily News staff report

With less than three weeks to go, the Ski Ball Committee has been working hard to help make this year’s Dec. 13 event a huge success.

Without the help of committed parent volunteers and staff, it would be impossible to put on this gala holiday fundraiser, Ski Ball chairwoman Deb Cirillo said.

The proceeds from the Ski Ball benefit Team Summit and athletes participating in snowboarding, freestyle skiing and alpine racing. The Ski Ball is the organization’s largest fundraising event.

Tickets are on sale for $90 per person through Dec. 8 and include a silent auction with complimentary libations beginning at 5 p.m,. followed by a gourmet meal served with wine, live auction and dancing to Tiny Barge and the Big Chill.

To purchase tickets, call Laura at (970) 390-9901.
