Slifer Smith & Frampton announces Summit County expansion

Last week Slifer Smith & Frampton announced it is expanding its Summit County presence by opening this summer new real estate offices in Frisco and Breckenridge.

The new Breckenridge location, 211 N. Main Street, will open in mid-July and was chosen because of its proximity to the gondola, according to a Slifer Smith & Frampton news release. The Frisco location, 916 Summit Boulevard, will open about a month later and was chosen to enhance Slifer’s presence on the north side of Summit County.

Slifer Smith & Frampton is in the process of recruiting and hiring additional brokers to fill the soon to open locations.

The company already operates three offices in the area, housing a total of about 30 brokers.

Slifer Smith & Frampton has been involved in Colorado mountain real estate for more than 50 years, accounting annually for approximately 20 percent of closed sales volume in Summit County, according to the release.
