Slifer Smith & Frampton Real Estate announced that its charitable foundation will host its fourth annual Slifer Smith & Frampton Foundation Concert Fundraiser from 6-10:30 p.m. on July 22 at Ten Mile Music Hall in Frisco.
Local musician Beau Thomas will open for headliner Funkiphino, a Colorado-based, 13-member funk band. Proceeds from the concert will benefit five local Summit County nonprofits.
Established in 2015, the Slifer Smith & Frampton Foundation supports local community organizations and aims to empower the company and its brokers to be charitable. Since its inception, the foundation has donated approximately $800,000 in Summit County and more than $3 million combined across all the regional charitable foundations, which includes Summit and Eagle counties as well as Roaring Fork Valley.
Last year’s fundraiser raised $10,000 for local nonprofits. This year, Slifer Smith & Frampton has chosen nonprofits based on a specific need in Summit County. This year’s nonprofits are Smart Bellies, Building Hope, Family & Intercultural Resource Center, Summit County Care Clinic and Advocates for Victims of Assault.
Tickets for the event are $35 and can be purchased at SimpleTix.com. A silent auction will run all night.
