Smoker asks that he still have a place to eat and drink

Why do we need a smoking ban ordinance in Summit County if there are approximately 111 restaurants and bars that are nonsmoking (Breckenridge 55, Copper 11, Frisco 25 and Silverthorne 20).

I choose to smoke and should be able to choose to go to a restaurant and bar that has smoking. Nonsmokers, you already have a bunch of nonsmoking places to go. Please do not take my freedom of choice and rights away from me by supporting and passing such an ordinance.
