Steadman Clinic to host free physicals for Summit High School athletes

FRISCO — The Steadman Clinic Frisco will offer free preparticipation sports physicals for Summit County high school student athletes Aug. 10.

The volunteer event is led by Dr. Matthew Provencher, who will be joined by four orthopedic physicians from The Steadman Clinic and SPRI fellowship program, eight athletic trainers and many other Steadman health care providers to evaluate students preparing for sports season, according to a news release.

The physicals will take place from 8:30 to 11 a.m. Aug. 10 at the clinic in Frisco, 226 Lusher Court. No appointment is necessary.
