S’thorne community dinner still drawing in lots of locals

SILVERTHORNE – According to dinner organizer Deb Hage, the need is still great for the Rotarians’ weekly community meal at the Elks Lodge in Silverthorne. She said 217 people – of that, 79 were children – came to eat June 1. And on June 8 215 people (58 children) were served

Hage also noted that the community recently received a $500 donation from the Knights of Columbus.

“Thanks for your support,” she said in an e-mail.
