Success isn’t dependent on wins and losses

As a teacher and an assistant football coach at Summit High School I wonder why it’s important as to who wins more games this year, the soccer team or the football team? I hope both teams have winning records and successful seasons, as I hope all the teams at Summit High do. I also know that success isn’t necessarily defined by how many games you win or lose, but how much improvement the team makes during the year and how much growth (maturity) occurred. The success of all of our students, no matter what endeavor they are involved in, is the most important aspect.Let’s go Summit Tigers!
