Sue Singer: Frisco luxury townhomes the problem

I realize we cannot vote on the open space initiative but we are distressed each time we return to Frisco and see all the affordable homes or motel that have been torn down and replaced by luxury townhomes (as well as the affordable home plus two affordable apartments at 3rd & Pitkin that is currently for sale for $1.1 million (price I saw listed in January) which is a laughable price. Only a developer who is interested in tearing down all three buildings and building multiplex luxury townhouses would pay anywhere near that price.
