It is a part-time job with a commitment of about 4-10 days a month. We serve youth between the ages of 8-18. As a mentor you would ski or snowboard with a group of youth once a month. You would also attend service days, workshops and fun activities planned throughout the 2011-2012 season with your youth. SOS’s goal is to help build character and self-esteem in underserved youth through snow sports. Call the SOS Office at (970) 763-7168 or stop by our office located at 110 3rd Ave. in Frisco.

Bilingual Story Time is back the first Monday of every month. Join the Family & Intercultural Resource Center for the book “Where the Wild Things Are” read in English and Spanish Monday at the Silverthorne Library from 10-11:30 a.m. Includes snacks and an activity. Event is free.
