Kit Geary/ Summit Daily News
The Summit County Libraries will host a gingerbread house contest, with winners announced Tuesday, Dec. 22.
Houses can be dropped off at any library location in Summit County from Dec. 1-13.
The competition will feature two age groups, one for “13 and younger” one for “14 and older.” All materials used for the gingerbread house must be edible and the maximum base size for the competition is 18-by-18 inches.
Gingerbread houses should be picked up before Jan. 6 from either the Main Library in Frisco or the North Branch in Silverthorne.
