Summit County Library announces teen creative writing contest winners

Teens in grades sixth through 12th grade were asked to submit a fantasy story of up to 5,000 words to coincide with the program’s “Imagine Your Story” theme.

FRISCO — Throughout July, the Summit County Library hosted a creative writing contest as part of the library’s summer reading program. Teens in grades sixth through 12 were asked to submit a fantasy story of up to 5,000 words to coincide with the program’s “Imagine Your Story” theme.

After receiving 10 entries, the top three authors have been chosen:

Every teen who submitted a story received an Amazon gift card for participating. Visit SummitCountyLibraries.org to read the winning entries.
