Fifty-five percent more condominiums have sold through February of this year than the same period last year. But prices are 16% lower. Sales look likely to exceed those of 2008 at some point this year. This may signal the end of a three year slump. The last time this happened, condominium prices jumped 63% over the next 5 years. There were a total of 2,050 properties listed for sale last week.
