After the worst 14-month period on record, condominium sales are staying 27 percent ahead of last year’s to date. Prices have not begun to rise yet and are currently averaging 20 percent less than last year to date. In March, the average condominium price fell below $300,000 for the first time since early 2007. There were a total of 2,125 properties listed for sale last week.
