For the fifth straight month, more properties sold in Summit County than the year before. Great start, but there have to be 39% more sales than last year to equal 2008 levels, the worst year since 1991. The largest increase in history was 39%. Through March, the average sale price is 7% below last year’s to date.There were a total of 2,099 properties listed for sale last week. The inventory will build for the next three months.
