Single-family sales ended the year on a positive note as prices increased by 4.4% and sales only declined by 8.3%. More homes sold in each of the last three months of 2009 than in 2008. Homes remain the strongest part of the Summit market. There were a total of 1,924 properties listed for sale last week, down from the 2009 high of about 2,690.
